Remove white space under the menu

How do I remove the empty spaces under the menu? And the line under beneath? See attached screenshot.

You need to disable page title in Theme Settings -> Page heading.

But there is still some white space under the menu! I want the menu to be the same size as it is when it is sticky. How do I solve this? I have the same header height set in the menu.

You can compensate this gap adding a negative margin top for the first row on that page.
