reopen topic “filter not applied”

giannisthParticipantplease reopen the topic “filter not applied” since it does not seem to work only for one category and i don’t know why.
e.g for https://test.texkat.gr/product-category/%ce%b7%ce%bb%ce%b9%ce%b1%ce%ba%ce%bf%ce%af-glass/?filter_%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%80%CE%BF%CE%B8%CE%AD%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%83%CE%B7-%CF%83%CE%B5=%25cf%2584%25ce%25b1%25cf%2581%25ce%25ac%25cf%2584%25cf%2583%25ce%25b1&query_type_%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%80%CE%BF%CE%B8%CE%AD%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%83%CE%B7-%CF%83%CE%B5=or&query_type_%CE%BB%CE%AF%CF%84%CF%81%CE%B1=or the filter “Τοποθέτηση” does actually appear but shows no products at all, even if in product attributes this filter is applied.

giannisthParticipanthello, the attribute slugs are all like that and they still work properly, like e.g filter “Απόδοση-Ισχύς”.

Maybe it is due to other reason?

This issue is caused by attribute term slugs that do not use Latin characters. Most filtering plugins—especially those relying on URL-based queries—do not fully support slugs containing Greek or other non-Latin characters. To ensure the filter works correctly, you need to replace the slugs of all terms under the “Τοποθέτηση” attribute with Latin-based slugs (e.g., use taratsa instead of ταράτσα).
Slugs should consist only of lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. It is recommended to avoid using non-Latin characters in slugs, as not all plugins or browsers handle encoded slugs correctly.
