I want to replace the HTML block in the footer. Instead of the current one, I would like to insert the Google Maps.
An API for Google Maps is available.
Please see the picture. The marked area should be exchanged for the Google Maps

    Hello,

Judging by your screenshot you are using the “Widgets footer content” (that is edited via Appearance -> Widgets). So in this case, Google maps can’t be displayed because we don’t have such a widget element. But we have the “Google Map” element for the page builder therefore you should create the footer with the help of the HTML block and use the “Google Map” element in it itself. After connect this HTML block through Theme Settings -> Footer -> Footer content.

    Hi there,
I find the footer HTML block. Also the block for OUR Store etc..
Just not the RECENT (RED) POST area or where I can change it.

    Hello,

The “Recent Posts” from the Footer is situated in Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer Column 2.

I still don’t understand how to replace the RECENT POST block in the footer with the Google Map element.
I have already created an HTML block for the Google Map. That works too.

    I noticed one more error:
If I set the theme to Dark in the footer, the text changes from white to black. That’s a good thing. However, the pictograms are not exchanged even though they are available in the media library.

I can also enter the Google Map in the footer. however, this is used under footer 1. However, it should appear in this area instead of RECENT POST. The RECENT POST block can be removed entirely.

    1. I mentioned above that the “Recent Posts” is situated in the “Footer Column 2” widget area, therefore you need to remove it and add your HTML block with the map (see below video, I replicated it on my side).

    2. One picture cannot replace the second when you just change to the dark theme of the footer because the link to the picture (that is in the Media Library) cannot be changed automatically.

Thank you for your time and honesty.

    Kind Regards

Wo kann ich die Piktogramme ändern, so dass das Dunkle angezeigt wird?

You can change pictograms through the HTML block that is enabled in the “Footer Column 1”.

After you have figured out which HTML block is included in the “Footer Column 1”, navigate to your HTML blocks in the Dashboard -> HTML Block and find it there and edit. After, edit the “List” element and change images for each item in the “Custom image” field.

Please let me know if you have any further questions in the meantime.
