Replace new license in old license

I have a website built with the WoodMart theme, and it’s been live for over a year. I’ve been regularly receiving updates for the theme, but recently I encountered an issue. A few days ago, I updated to WoodMart version 8, and after doing so, the design of my website broke. Additionally, I’m unable to update WPBakery. As a result, I’ve purchased a new WoodMart license and now need to replace the old license key with the new one. please help me

Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue on your website now?
As for the new license, you can replace it in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme license.

i am warried to do it . if i doing it, my website design broken?

i want to replace my new woodmard licenses in my woodmart old licenses. can you setup this process. i cannnot do it. can i share my website admin aceess?

Reactivation of the license will not harm your website. You can deactivate the old one in WoodMart -> Theme license and then activate it with the new one.

also i cannot update theme and wp-bekkery. can you doing this process? please help me

You can update the theme in Appearance -> Themes. As for the WPBakery page builder, this plugin can be updated via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins.

I followed the steps, but after updating the theme, my website broke. Additionally, I am unable to update WP-Bakery. When I try to delete WP-Bakery and reinstall it via Appearance > Install Plugins, I can’t find the WP-Bakery plugin. at this reason , I have purchased a new Wood-Mart license, so please replace my old license with the new one.
can i share my admin access?

In this case, please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your admin access. We will check what is wrong with your website and try to update the WPBakery page builder plugin.

3. after update, you should check, website have been broken?
4. if website is broken, please solve it.
i sent website access and new licenses key in private content
keep in mind when i update theme then i see my homepage above silder create a space and cattagory page has been broken

Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off. And switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes.

yes deactivate all plugin and swich parent theme. can you enter my website dashboard

everything is ok but one issue above the silder create some space . i sent a image for previous design. you chack defferent between right now and previous
