Reply to ticket #729103

Hi,

Topic “Conflict between Woodmart Custom Gallery and YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards” was closed so I have opened a new ticket to reply to #729103.

I changed the gallery to grid layout and set a preset for the ID of the product – this fixed it in the desktop browser, but the issue remains for tablets/mobile viewing.

By default, in the theme settings, all grid layouts on the single product page are converted into a carousel on tablets and mobile devices. You can disable this behavior using the “Carousel on tablet” and “Carousel on mobile” options: https://monosnap.ai/file/ttgr45SJQSdykfa3sEiC81kM054hDV
