Reporting a Minor Bug on the Website (Issue on iOS Devices)

This is Behnaz, and I’d like to report a small issue with the website. This issue only occurs on iOS devices when accessing the site through a mobile phone.

Issue Details:
When we open the website, everything loads perfectly without any issues. However, when we exit the site and re-enter, some images are displayed as black.

Steps Taken to Fix the Issue:

Cleared the mobile browser cache.
Cleared the server cache and coordinated with the hosting support team.
Re-uploaded the affected images.
Additionally, I’d like to mention that we have not installed any new plugins in the past month that could have caused this issue.

We have reviewed your website and observed the issue. It appears to be related to the rendering of the SVG images you are using. This problem is not directly connected to our theme since it does not interact with or modify SVG images. Background images, for instance, are handled exclusively through universal Elementor plugin background options (https://monosnap.com/file/lZ5rxX5zxCdAv0dICzNRH5nfCHZWHi), meaning we do not have a definitive solution related to our theme.

However, as the issue seems to be tied to the SVG images themselves, we reviewed their structure. We noticed that the images turning black are created in a particularly complex and convoluted way, which potentially can cause the issue. We recommend avoiding such overly complicated image structures. Consider the following steps:
