Request a quote for woocommerce cannot redirect

Hello, my website is being tested. Earlier, I searched the forum for recommendations on the Request a Quote plugin. I currently purchased the plugin for $69. However, I found that it does not work properly and cannot jump after clicking the button. I don’t know if it is a problem with the plugin or the theme. So I hope you can help me find a solution, thank you!

Clicking the button once has no effect, nothing happens. If I click it multiple times quickly it will appear to view the quote. However it does not redirect.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
