Request a review for a product

Hi,
what is the best way for woodmart theme to send customer feedback request for purchase. I have provided an example of an email in the attachment. What solution do you recommend for this application?
I will add that I use Mail Poet MP3 for the newsletter, but it does not have such functionality.

I do not know of a third-party plugin that has such functionality, unfortunately.
