I am trying to set up the maintenance page, but although I turned the maintenance setting on and imported the page from the demo. It is still not showing up, please advise.

May I also ask where do we update the contact form in the maintenance page?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

You need to find or create a Maintenance page, this page can have any content you wish, however you need to set “maintenance template” in the page settings: https://gyazo.com/5c81e8a0e2d502726283d118bad0cba7

So, you need to enable the mode in the Theme Settings and set the page for the mode and it would work.

If you have uploaded the demo there are three Maintenance mode page templates, you can edit them as any common page and set the appropriate template.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and the page title that you want to set as the maintenance page.

As soon as you find the page set the Maintenance template as shown or give me the page URL which you want to set as Maintenance.

I have already set the page named “Maintenance” with the template to “Maintenance” too as shown in the screenshot.
