I am not able to see created topic list also not getting proper response from team regarding issue I am facing on woodmart theme
Could you please send us a video of how you create a topic so we can see why it doesn’t work for you?

You need to write your request in the topic content field next to the topic title. Use the Private content field only to hide some information from the public (URLs, accounts, passwords, etc.)
