Request to Manually Register Final Domain for Woodmart License

Dear Support Team,

my website is now finished and live.
I am using the Woodmart Child Theme.

During development, I originally registered a different development URL with my purchase code. I have now removed that old URL from my XTemos account and would like to register the final live domain instead.

I read that the purchase code can only be entered when the parent theme is active (to be able to see the theme licence tab). However, I am hesitant to switch from the child theme to the parent theme and back again, as I’m concerned that I might lose theme settings or custom configurations.

Could you please manually link my purchase code to the domain on your side?

Hi Matthias,

Thank you for the details. You don’t need us to link the domain manually. Once the old domain is removed in your XTemos account, you can activate the license on your live site directly:

1) On the live site, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme license and enter your ThemeForest purchase code. Make sure the Development domain checkbox is unchecked so it registers as a live domain.

2) If you see an “already activated” or limit message, log in to https://xtemos.com/my-account/ -> Your purchase codes, deactivate any old/staging domain there, then try activating again on the live site.

3) Your license allows one live domain plus one development/staging domain for the same project.

If you can’t access the Theme license page or the activation still fails, please share the exact error message and your live domain so we can assist further. If needed, you can find your purchase code in ThemeForest: Downloads -> WoodMart -> License certificate & purchase code.

I cannot see the “theme license” link to visit the page, see attached screenshot.
There should be the link in the top navi, right?

Ok, sorry, I have found the problem. It was deactivated inside the white label function.
