Request to Remove Quick View and Compare Icons from Product Grid

Hello,

Quite some time ago you helped me by adding CSS code so that only the wishlist heart icon remains visible in the product grid view. At that time, you also removed the quick view magnifying glass icon and the compare icon.

After recently performing a full update (including the entire theme and WordPress), the magnifying glass and the compare icon appeared again. The quick view icon is not usable anyway.

The goal is to remove both the compare icon and the quick view icon.

I would appreciate your assistance with this.

Also, could you please explain why these icons appeared again after the update? I would like them to be removed permanently, regardless of future updates.

Your issue has been solved. I have disabled the compare from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Compare >> Disable the Compare: https://ibb.co/7dKSvmR1

However, I would like to clarify the requirement because it seems there was a misunderstanding.

The Compare feature should remain enabled and fully functional, just like the Wishlist. The goal is not to disable Compare, but only to hide its icon in the product grid view.

In the product grid I would like only the Wishlist heart icon to be visible.
The following icons should not be visible in the grid:

1. Compare icon
2. Quick View (magnifying glass) icon

However, both Compare and Wishlist should continue to work normally on the product page and throughout the site.

At the moment the Compare icon is visible again in the grid, and additionally the Compare function itself is currently not working after it was disabled.

Could you please:

1. Re-enable the Compare functionality.

2. Hide both the Compare icon and the Quick View icon only in the product grid, leaving only the Wishlist heart visible.

3. Previously this was achieved via CSS, but after the theme update the icons appeared again. Ideally the solution should remain stable even after future updates.

Your issue has been solved by using the below custom CSS code in the theme settings:

.product-grid-item .wd-compare-btn.wd-action-btn.wd-style-icon.wd-compare-icon  {
    display: none;
}
