Requesting refund for WoodMart theme due to issues and plan to purchase Elessi

    Hello Team,

    I recently purchased the WoodMart theme, but unfortunately, I’ve been facing multiple technical issues since installation. The theme’s responsiveness is inconsistent — the header menu and sliders are not functioning properly on mobile devices. Even after applying updates and following the documentation, the changes are not reflecting correctly. Additionally, the ThemeForest demo previews are not loading today, which makes it hard to explore or use the theme further.

    Due to these problems, and the fact that I haven’t done any heavy customizations yet, I would prefer to switch to a theme that works better for my setup.

    After researching, I found that the Elessi theme (https://themeforest.net/item/elessi-woocommerce-ajax-wordpress-theme/20968615) is more suitable for my needs — it supports Elementor, has lightweight demo pages, and fits well with my store concept.

    I kindly request a **refund for WoodMart** so I can purchase the Elessi theme instead.

    **Alternatively, if a refund is not possible, I would greatly appreciate if you could issue a license for the Elessi theme in place of the WoodMart license.** This would be a helpful and fair resolution, and allow me to proceed with my project without further delays.

    Also, I want to highlight that product upload is not working at all, and even after explaining all the issues, I haven’t received any helpful response or refund yet.

    At this point, I genuinely feel like I’ve been misled or scammed. I paid for a theme that’s unusable for my business, and now I’m stuck without support or resolution. Please look into this seriously.
