Response text on top of my menu bar

When searching an item or when browsing one of my categories on my website there is a response text that comes right on top of my menu bar, I need to remove it, can someone assist.

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Header banner > clean everything from there.

The header banner option was not enabled at any stage, this started recently…is there another way we can resolve it?

The issue has been caused by a plugin conflict, deactivate all not related to the theme and activate them one by one checking which one causes the conflict
