Responsive changes

Hi, We have a new page showcasing different sections of our blog. I am trying to edit this page to be responsive on mobile and tablet.

I can change the columns being displayed, however, the text itself is not adapting to the size of the screen.
Can you please take a look at how I edit this text size? It is not like any of the other pages where I can simply edit the text formating for mobile.
