It appears that the site is not respecting the Elementor responsive settings.

    the desktop settings work!

    the mobile settings don’t work!

I await your response, thank you

    Hello,

I have checked it on mobile and that area is hidden, here is a screenshot: https://take.ms/z6UoC

Let me know if you have sorted this out.

    Kind Regards

yes I corrected it! The error was in the woodmart performance configuration.

    Before, all options were checked.

Now I left it disabled, as shown in the image

Yes, the previous problem was solved,

but I have a problem now and I didn’t find a solution in the woodmart documentation.

    Product categories are not appearing.

    Hello,

You need to define the “Product categories” widget (https://take.ms/gZuwD), not just “Categories” (https://take.ms/CZpBT).

If you’d like to contact us, we are here for whatever questions you may have.

    Kind Regards

You’re not looking in the wrong place. The store filter is in the Shop page widget area!

I sent the images to you.

    Hello,

Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and click on “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table”. It should fix the problem.

    Let me know the results.

    Kind Regards
