Responsive promo banner

Hi!
I hope you can help me with this issue.
I have made a promo banner and it looks bad on responsive devices.
I did a special design for tablets and phone and hide the default promo banner on desktop, but in many cases, with tablets and laptops, both promo banner are shown and that is not ok. So if I only have the default promo banner, how can I adjust so it looks good on all devices?

1. You can increase width for both Tablet / Mobile devices https://ibb.co/5gDb9tLd

2. Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Tablet / Mobile CSS sections:

.promo-banner div.content-banner {
    max-width: 100%;
}
