PernillaParticipantI have problems with the image in the slide on the index page.
I have uploades a different image for mobile and tablets and it works fine. I looks good also on width screens. But some screens fall between the different settings and are showing the wrong part of the image.
The slide settings are set to horizontal align: right. That should show the right side of the image, correct? But it does not.
I hope you can help me to make it work correctly.I enclose 2 print screens, the image that shows the logo is correctly aligned to the right, but the other is not correctly aligned.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I am sorry but this is not the standard way of testing the site, every Theme in the world uses certain breakpoints to change the layout as per the screen resolution, and Woodmart also based on that theory, Woodmart uses the Bootstrap framework which works on certain predefined rules for the different layouts on different screen resolutions, like for Desktop ( start from 1025px), For Tablets ( from 992px to 1024px) For Mobile. ( end till 1023px) these are the standard points.
So if you test the site like you are doing simply resizing the browser then on a certain point/screen resolution it must break the layout.
You must have to test your site on real devices OR on an online simulator like Responsinator.
Regards.

PernillaParticipantThank you for the explanation. I understand what you are telling me but my client, the owner of the website, has a laptop and see the wrong part of the image.
Should the image not show the right side when the settings are set to align right?October 8, 2021 at 7:09 am #323870
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please tell the resolution of the laptop on which you are facing the issue to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Regards.

PernillaParticipantI am waiting for client to inform me about her laptop, but meanwhile I tested with chrome “emulated divices” and for example, the MacBook Air 2020 13″ is showing wrong part of image, and this is a recent laptop. See printscreen.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Each WoodMart slide uses the image as the background, and your screen shows the common behavior of the image on the background.
That is why the WoodMart slide has the option to set different images on different devices: enter the slide, scroll a bit and you will see this option. You need to upload square proportional images on all the devices: https://gyazo.com/d2bb0704051a58637f1bc4d795513ebb
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.Best Regards

PernillaParticipantThank you Elise but I already uploaded different images for tablet and mobile. And they work good.
The problem is for smaller laptops, the image will not align to the right as told in settings.October 9, 2021 at 8:59 am #324067
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You will fin the option to align the image in the same area where you uploaded the image, set center and center.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to update your theme, your theme version is 6.0.4 and the recent one is 6.1.4
Then upload this image on all the movie devices:
