dnaturalParticipantHi there,
I’m working on adding new products, and I need your help in the following:
1. Some products are not displaying the entire text from “Responsive text block” For example, Wax – Rosehip (screenshot attached)
I had to create a second text block because it wasn’t showing “How to use details.”
Please take a look http://dnatural.net/en/index.php/product/wax-rosehip/
Here if you want to make any updates
http://dnatural.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=2807&action=edit&lang=en2. Images on product categories like “Spanish Wax.”
I would like to have the exact same size for all. Is there a way to accomplish this? Currently, it shows different sizes (screenshot attached)

dnaturalParticipantHi there,
Responsive Text Block
Please make sure to verify the link that I provided you: http://dnatural.net/en/index.php/product/wax-rosehip/
It doesn’t display How to use information (screenshots attached)
Here if you want to make any updates

I followed the steps from https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/I set it up to custom 5:4 custom ratio (screenshot attached)
And still the problem persists.
Please take a look at the screenshots or navigate to the following links:

http://dnatural.net/en/index.php/product-category/spanish-wax/Please provide me with a step by step guide on how to display same size product images.
Cheers,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Add an additional row into the responsive text block as shown: https://gyazo.com/14d93a08b66155600e2699ed802dba39 and check.
As for the images, they should be high enough. Try to set 300px width and set 1:1 cropping. If it does not help, try to upload images with bigger height.
Best Regards

dnaturalParticipantHi there,
Responsive Text Block
Yes, I noticed that I needed to add an extra row. But why do I need to do that while there are other products that it works just fine?
It should work well on all products.Product Image Categories
Problem solved, I set the thumbnail width to 300 px and it works perfect! Please let me know how can I fix the responsive text block.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The responsive text block is designed to make the text responsive (different font-size) for all types of devices. http://prntscr.com/oi0nbf That is why this block is destined for one tag only. It means that if you want one title, one text, and one more text, you need to use three Responsive blocks: one for the title, one for the text, and one for the next text.
In your case, you use a number of tags in your texts: titles, texts, you would better use the default text block of WP Bakery page builder. http://prntscr.com/oi0nim
Best Regards
