responsive text block (old)

hi, i am trying to add in test.texkat.gr this responsive text block (old) as i had done long time ago here,in an older project.
I have applied the exact same settings but i cannot have the same effect. I need the “hot” to be light grey and in the background. I saw a slight difference in the settings.
maybe in the general settings->Extra class name->hidden-xs ? maybe this is it?but where does it reflect to in css?should i add a piece of code in the css theme?
