Responsiveness issue between Desktop & Mobile

Please check the link in private, and the staging below (without plugins & customizations) where the issue appears.

1) Load the website on desktop, and wait that the page is fully loaded
2) Once loaded, hit F12 and choose any Mobile Device resolution.
3) Check the space between the header and the body

TO BE : when switching from desktop to mobile, there shouldn’t be responsiveness issue

AS IS : when switching from desktop to mobile, we see a white space between the header and the body (even if this space disappears when we load the website directly in mobile view)

The thing is that when you switch to mobile view on the desktop, you need to reupdate the page: https://take.ms/ql8zQ

The browser has such work so it is not something caused by our theme.
