Reverse the print order of shipping methods

Hi,
Is there the possibility to reverse the printing order of the shipping methods on the Cart page at the time of payment and always check the first item on the list? (view the attached screenshot)

The default Woocommerce does not provide the option and our theme does no either. Such a reverse requires customization that is not covered by our support.
