Review areas and question form on faq page are missing

Areas where users can comment and rate and area where users can ask questions on frequently asked page are missing. I am not talking about contact form, there was an area where they could ask questions directly but it is not there now.
Can you provide review and fix it?

This is default WordPress form and WoodMart does not control it.
For specialized assistance and potential solutions, You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

I was using the elementor woodmart organic template before and it had this feature. Why did this feature change when I switched to Gutenberg? Can you consult other people about this feature?
