Review form before and after reviews not working

Hi friends.
In the Admin reviews settings is a possibillty to change the placing of the review form to “before” and “after” reviews.
I would like to set it to “after”, but no changes.
I tested on two sites.

Thank you for your time.
I found the problem.
Its the “Customer Reviews for Woocommerce” by CusRev. This plugin breaks the Woodmart layout. So, i am going to find an other one that is working better.
