Review System and Emails

I have an email setup to request reviews from customers after an order is placed.

Couple of questions

1. I’m currently using the product url and appending #reviews at the end of it to direct the user to the review section from the link in the email , although this is not working correctly , whats the best method to have the user directed straight to the product review section..

2. Is it possible in the emails I send out to have the review option within the email and so that it populates the review for the product when submitted without leaving the email ?

Email template is default WooCommerce functionality and WoodMart theme does not control it.
