    Hi,Please help me with my review settings. I turned on the rating summary but it’s not showing on my products.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. Make sure Reviews is enabled in the WooCommerce > Settings > Product.

    2. I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

    If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

    hi,yes it’s there but it doesnt show the rating summary like 5/5 or something like the I attached here. Thanks. I enabled it but it’s not showing

    Hi,
    Thanks for the update.

    If you are using CusRev (Customer Reviews for WooCommerce), it replaces the theme’s native reviews output. In this case, WoodMart review features such as the Rating summary will not work, and only the plugin’s own review layout and functionality will be used.

    If you want to use the WoodMart Rating summary, please temporarily disable CusRev and use the default WooCommerce reviews, then check:
    – WooCommerce > Settings > Products: enable Reviews and star ratings
    – Edit the product > Advanced: Enable reviews
    – Theme Settings > Single product > Reviews: enable Rating summary

    Note that the summary will appear only when there are native WooCommerce reviews with star ratings.

    If you prefer to keep CusRev, please use its own settings/widgets for any summary display.

    If you disable CusRev and the summary still doesn’t show, tell us a product URL to check and we will investigate further in your admin.

    then if I do disable that will I still be able to send a review reminder email to my customer using the woodmart? I saw the woodmart setting and ticked the “enable review reminder” where can I edit the reminder form/email if I can send it to customers?
