Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Product Tab and enable there: http://prntscr.com/j2ggjt

As soon as the product has a review you will see it on the product page and in product item on shop/category page

Unfortunately, the menu for inserting the review does not appear.

check you on the site, see that you have products there is no menu for reviews as it appears on your demo site woocommerce.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

If the problem remains, check it with the default theme and contact us with credentials if the problem occurs only on our theme.

This is Woocommerce functionality our theme does not influence more likely it is a wrong configuration or plugins conflict.
