    Hello, How can I turn on user reviews and product stars on my site? Thank you.

    Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > General

    Hello,

    Reviews appear as soon as anybody leaves the review. Do you have products with the reviews?

    Hello,

    Please update your theme and check the issue. If the problem remains, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme.

    Ok, I got you! So, now I updated the theme and after that how can I add new reviews, the button still not exists…

    Hello,

    Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem.

    Here is the list of plugins related to the theme http://prntscr.com/mckr3o deactivate all the rest and check.

    Do you mean what I need to change the main theme to one of default and check reviews field and start near product?

    Hello,

    Yes, if you can, switch to the default theme to check this functionality. Our theme does not influence reviews functionality.

    If you cannot switch the theme, clone your site to some staging platform so that we could test.

    Ok, so now, I turned off all plugins except woocommerce and change the theme to default, but nothing… I don’t have reviews, I tried to turn on only default plugins and default theme, nothing.

    So, trouble with woocommerce settings?

    Yes, this problem in Woocommerce, perhaps it was an incorrect installation or something else. If you have the same on a default theme, it means our theme does not influence.
