REviews not sorting correctly on some products

Ever since I’ve updated the theme with a recent update. The reviews are not showing up correctly on some of the products. On some of the products the newest reviews are showing and on the other ones the oldest are showing first.
I’m also unable to update the team because he says unauthorised. I need urgent help please

Please send me products on which the reviews not showing up correctly, also, please send me access to the admin dashboard so I can investigate it on your side.
