Reviews only available to logged in users-fully enabled and still not showing

Hi,
Settings>Discussion Allow people to submit comments on new posts ENABLED
Users must be registered and logged in to comment is NOT enabled
Woocommerce>Settings>Products>Enable Reviews is ENABLED
Star ratings are required
Theme settings>Product Page>Review images are NOT enabled
I can only leave a review when logged in, I need it available to anyone without logging in, but I would like their name and email address. Can you help?

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
