Reviews tab is not displayed

    Hi, I am using the Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin, I have enabled reviews in woocommerce, the customer review is approved, but it doesn’t look like a reviews tab on the product tab, how can I enable it? Thanks

    Hello,

    Please enable the reviews in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products.
    Also, Make sure that you have enabled this functionality via its settings. So please navigate to Products -> in the “Product data” settings enable “Reviews”. https://prnt.sc/c5PA4kj6CsgI

    If the issue remains,, share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?

    Hi, I have just tried another theme, and the stars are displayed in the product listing, but inside the tab it is not displayed either.

    Hello,

    So it means there is no issue with theme, the issue is from the Woocommerce plugin settings.

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
