Revolution Slide produce 500 internal error

Hi there,

I have download your theme and installed it without any problem, until I started to install plugins. After several errors, installing and uninstalling plugins, I discovered that is the revslider plugin the one that produce the 500 internal error.

I can not import anything from your demos to start to work with it as dummy content does not allow me to do it if revslider’s plugin is not installed.

Would appreciate if you could let me know how can I fix this problem.

Now we see the problem. Are you able to provide us with FTP access also? So we could try to fix this 🙂

Is there no other way of doing it? I mean, aren’t you able to give me some directions to do it myself?

It is hard to say. We need to perform some debug process. You can try to enable debug mode firstly. Open wp-config.php file and set WP_DEBUG constant to true

Still reporting the same error. I have changed the memory from 64 to 96 in the php.ini.
Any idea?

I decided to work on the website offline by using XAMPP. As the server I use for my own website does not have enough resources to set up a woocommerce.

I will have to import the whole website later on into a new proper hosting server.

You can try to import some of our demo sliders and modify it in the way you need with user-friendly Revolution Slider interface. We can’t create it for you without slider source (mean PSD).

So you don’t get slider the same as on our demo? Could please provide a screenshot what slider you see in result?

We don’t have the slider exactly as per your psd so you need to create it by your own.

You can put Shop now link in “Actions” tab for this slide in Revolution Slider. Check the gif
