Revolution Slider Error Causing Theme to break

My site currently looks like the picture attached. When I scroll a quarter of the way down the homepage I see the error below:

“Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.”

Did #1? How do I fix #2?

We see that your website is completely broken now. All resources can’t be loaded. You need to disable all additional optimization/minifications plugins since they may cause this.
