Yes i think it’s a theme issue because i see that a container is blocking rev slider in full widht

I have tested another slider and it is full-width. It means you have configured the slider incorrectly or you have arranged the layers not full width. https://gyazo.com/d529eaf0564b8bb17f0264d4ae29ab2d

We suggest taking Home-full-width-slider (clone before editing) and create yours basing on it.
