I have checked on multiple mobiles and also cleared the cache but the arrows are still not showing on mobile. Screenshot attached.

I have visited your website and the arrows are displayed when we change the slide.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the arrows are controlled by the plugin and our theme doesn’t influence.
