Revolution slider not loading after theme updates

Hi. I use revolution slider in my homepage. Yesterday i disovered it has stopped working or loading, i think because recent updates of theme.

If i switch theme to storefront, then the slider is shown and loaded. Not if i activate woodmart theme. It is not loading the slider, and the html tag where it should be all related code to slider revolution is empty, so it is not loading anything when woodmart is activated. I send u screenshots.

I have created a staging site so u can test it. Credentials are in the secret area.

Suddenly, after 24 hours not loading, it has began loading in the staging site…. strange thing, i have not changed anything, only switched themes. So try with the same credentials in the web i put you in the secret area.

I have checked your live site, and the Revolution Slider is now loading fine.

Since it started working again without any changes on your end, it could have been a caching issue or a temporary conflict.

If you face the issue again:

Clear your cache (browser & plugin cache). Test in an incognito/private window to rule out browser caching.

Yeah, in the staging site, magically, issue has ben resolved by his own. That is what i thought at the begining, that it was some kind of cache issue. But in the real site: https://www.mongo.es, it has not been resolved and i have tried all things: delete caches (from server, object cache, browser cache, from woocommerce, from plugin slider revolution….), i have tried deactivated plugins, switching themes, deleting and reinstalling slider revolution plugin…. all. And the issue is yet there as i commented in first post: it does not load anything, not the slider not the code and scripts related to slider. If i switch theme it works, but it does not load when woodmart is activated. I don’t know what more can i try.

Try the credentials and web i provide you in extra information. The slider is set on page “Inicio”, which is the homepage.

Yes. I went to woocommerce -> Tools, deleted transients and other things and now i can see the slider is loading.

Sorry, as it was not woodmart issue. U can now close this ticket.
