    Hello WoodMart Support,

I have a valid WoodMart license purchased from ThemeForest and my installation is fully up to date.

    Here is my setup:

    WoodMart Theme: 8.5.4
    WoodMart Core: 8.5.4
    WordPress Site Language: Romanian (ro_RO)
    Theme license: Activated
WordPress Dashboard reports that all translations are up to date.

However, in WoodMart Status, the Translation Version shows “Not installed”.

I also created a Romanian translation in Loco Translate. After syncing, it imports 6,766 strings, but the translation progress is 0%, which suggests that no official Romanian translation is available.

    Could you please clarify:

Is an official Romanian (ro_RO) translation available for WoodMart 8.5.4?
If yes, how can I install it? Why does Translation Version show “Not installed” even though my theme is licensed and translations are up to date?
If no official Romanian translation exists, do you provide a downloadable .po/.mo file or recommend another method?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your time.

I have managed to resolve the issue.

The problem was that the “Auto Update Translations” option in WoodMart → Theme Settings was disabled. After enabling it, I went to Dashboard → Updates and updated the translations. The official Romanian translation files (woodmart-ro_RO.po and .mo) were downloaded automatically, and everything is now working correctly.

Thank you for your support. You can close this ticket.

    Best regards.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the update. We’re glad to hear that enabling Auto Update Translations and running Dashboard → Updates resolved the issue and downloaded the Romanian files.

We’ll close this topic as requested. If anything else comes up, feel free to open a new thread.

    Kind regards,
