My question is how can I make this Rounded White Corner with Shadow like this, shown below? I saw Some of the costumer websites have this option… But I cant find out were it is?

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please Go to Theme Settings >> Product page and enable the option as in the screenshot.

And for the rounded border try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
.product-summary-shadow .summary-inner {
border-radius: 20px;
}

You can set the background of pages from Theme Settings >> Styles & Colors >> Pages Background.

And the last question… How can I set the demo page with Pre define pages like in the documentation video below?
If I import the basic full version and select a demo version… It just crests 1 site with the layout. So if I click on another link the template changes to the basic version..?

Is it possible to add a site twice in on the theme and costumize them? Hope you understand my question. I also want to modify a full theme with my needs

You are Most Welcome.
Sorry, but it is not possible to add a site twice as you mentioned. If you first selected one layout and then set another one then the customizations you made will be lost. You can use only one layout at a time.
