RTL styles loaded multiple times

Hey,
When i check waterfall i see that RTL styles are loaded via: parent theme + child theme
Image attached.

How can i make sure only one RTL script is loaded? preferably on parent theme

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
