Unfortunately, we don’t have such an option but we have a solution for that. First of all, you should disable the “Shop sale label in percentage” option (that is situated in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Product labels) for displaying only the “Sale” text, and only then this text can be changed by using the “Loco Translate” plugin.
