Same Licence for development production can be used?

I want to know can I use this theme into my staging and production server and also in localhost for development/testing purpose? or do I have to buy separate licence for staging and production website.

URL are like this
Local: example.localhost.com
Staging: sandbox.example.com
Production: example.com

You can activate the license twice for one and the same site: once on the staging platform and once on the production. They can work both on the same time.

You will need a separate license if you want to launch one more separate site.
