SAVE CHANGES ERROR

    Hi dear team, I have recently bought this theme but I unable to save data using the WordPress admin page (dashboard), can you please help me on the process? Please check attachment

    That is the bigger problem for me and second one maybe its due to the conflict with the first. I have tried to change our logo image but the system doesn’t save the data.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access we will check.

    Thank you, dear team, for your fast reply, I have deactivated almost all plugging and the page dot allow me to save any progress.

    I will be ready to provide admin access to any user that you chose, Please leave a note to your user in order to grant you the admin privileges in order to check the error.

    Just create a new user with administrator rights and send us its username and password so we could check it.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme. Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and you will see the list of necessary plugins. Deactivate all the rest.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    I have tried that option but doesn’t work for me, I have tried deleting all plugins and reinstalling it but don’t work for me, now I get this 2 errors
    1-I cant change the logo menu.
    2- don’t allow me to save any data on the dashboard page plugins
