Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantHi Elise,
thx for quick response, ive done as you asked and deactivated all plugins not related tot the theme. done this late at mid night since our website is being used for orders a lot. so if you use the login in private content please do not disable any plugin since we don’t want our costumers to experience weird behaviour.
and here is another weird thing. i have e clone copy on a development server with exact same installation. and there is no problem on development. same server location as live just a separete location

[email protected]ParticipantHi Elise,
ok.im able to whitelist your country. but before we proceed. i made an exact clone on
http://rjvps.development.bladewp.com/ on the website. the problem is not appearing on the development server. what is your plan for doing on the admin location?. disabling plugins, switch to non child is not an option at this moment. is there an other way to find out the problem? The only difference with dev.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please contact your host support with this problem. Let them check the logs and find the problem on their side if there is nothing, make sure you have enabled all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme for the while of checking, then activate one by one to detect which one causes the problem, if you use the child theme, deactivate it first of all and check the option.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantHi Elise,
thx for your response. problem is solved. the production location worked on php 7.4 and the development on 7.3. looks like this part is not ready for 7.4 yet?
cheers
