omaidshujaParticipantHi, When i am trying to TURN OFF the FREE SHIPPING BAR, in the theme settings it leads me to an error page, which says; “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” It is happening with all the options in the “THEME SETTINGS”. The page breaks and i end up getting an error, and no update take place. Please fix. Artem TemosKeymasterHello, Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
 – WoodMart core
 – WooCommerce
 – Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance. March 10, 2025 at 1:38 am #644299

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off. Also, update the theme to the latest version – 8.1.1. Kind Regards March 11, 2025 at 7:59 pm #644914
omaidshujaParticipantHello XTemos, I have deactivated the plugins you have said, updated the theme as requested, tried to hit SAVE OPTIONS again, but it throws back a strange error. Can you please help me save time? Can you please help me resolve it? It is just wasting my time, and eventually giving my client a bad impression about WoodMart and it’s team. It’s been days and I still am unware of the error, and it also looks like that the team is also confused about the error. Please help me resolve it, when you requested the login credentials, I was under the impression you will help me resolve it, but it looks like the team is also trying whatever works kinda approach. I have attached a video for your reference, the length of the errors is so huge that i couldn’t get it at all. I can not turn the plugins off – it is a live site, please help me. Please help this is important. Thanks. March 11, 2025 at 8:31 pm #644929
omaidshujaParticipantHello Xtemos, I have figured out the problem myself. Sadly! It was an error with PHP Input Var Value. Nothing needs to be done from your end. Thank You! March 12, 2025 at 10:13 am #645047
