Script causing delays in page loading Ajax

Hi,
I’ve noticed a problem with my page loading on the desktop site with regards to the wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments Which is calling for the cart script that is taking far too long (1.3 seconds to be exact).
Is there a way to lessen this or stop it as this currently isn’t affecting the mobile version of the site at all.

Hi,
This request is called by WooCommerce plugin and is required to update the shopping cart widget in the header. There is no option to disable it completely in the plugin and in our theme.
