Script not working in the header

Hi,
We have a script that we need to run on the header, but for some reason is not displaying at all.
I set it up so the script would be a raw HTM element inside an HTML Block, which I then added via the Header Builder.

The problem is caused by the CSS code in your element, just delete z-index: -1;
