Scroll down issue when error notifications appears on forms

Hello,

When a customer makes a mistake on a form, especially with a credit card, the page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page. Where the error pop-up notification appears.

To see the error, just type in a too short credit card number or an expired expiration date.

Sticky notifications are disabled

Oops, my Sticky notifications on General Menu didn’t seem to be disabled. Apparently it works..
