ioioParticipantDear Support,
when on the landing-page and scrolled to the seconds or third section (Unsere meistverkauften Produkte/Jetzt beim Genusto-Newsletter anmelden), refreshing will result in a scroll-jump further down. This is a problem, especially when subscribing to the newsletter (the result is not visible). This problem is also observable with the demo.
Is there some kind of lazy load on the sections? The css-animations on the sections are already off, but this wasn’t it.
Your help is very much appreciated!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
When you refresh the page, your browser scrolls it to the last point you were on before the refresh. It doesn’t depend on our theme. You can check how it works with Defualt WordPress theme too.

ioioParticipantHello,
what you describe is of course the default-behaviour which I expect. However, as I described, this does not work.
If you go for example to the newsletter subscription section(Jetzt beim Genusto-Newsletter anmelden) and subscribe, the following refresh will not get you back to the newsletter subscription section, but approximately two sections down.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please check how it works with the default theme? Is it our theme issue?

ioioParticipantWith the demo it behaves similarly, although to a slightly lesser erxtent. Scroll to Join Our Newsletter, hit refresh and see the scroll jump (a few times) while loading and ending up about a section further down.
However, this behaviour is mostly tied to Chrome. In Firefox and Edge the jumpiness while loading is similar, but the scroll ends up at the correct position.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe meant you to check with default WordPress theme like twentysixteen.

ioioParticipantThis is an issue I have not encountered with the themes Twentysixteen, Avada, Salient or Jupiter.

Artem TemosKeymasterIs it possible to test it on your website? Could you please provide us your admin access? Since your website may behave differently from our demo.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe understand. But is it possible to test it on your website? Could you please provide us your admin access?
