Scroll to ID – From Button of Slider Revolution to a ID in the same page

Hello, I need to link my button on my slider revolution to a ID in the same page but It doesnt work.

The slider is in the upper part and I want that When the users click in the button they go to the down but with ID, no with pixels.

I defined the ID in the section #word and in my slider revolution I defined the action in the button > Interaction Click – Action Type Scroll to ID – Scroll to ID url/#word (also I tried with #word) But It doesnt work 🙁

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not as you are adding the scroll ID using the slider Revolution plugin and our theme doesn’t influence.

As It doesn’t work with the default WordPress theme then it clears that the issue is not from our theme.

The issue is from the Slider Revolution plugin. Sorry, but we could not help you with this as this is out of our theme support scope.
