Scrollbar on website dissapears after some seconds

Hi.

We have a strange problem, where the scrollbar on the right of the website just dissapears after 2-3 seconds on the page (we are guessing when the website fully loads).

The issue just appeared suddenly a month or 2 ago, but we didnt have time yet to adress it.

The problem seems to be overflow:hidden on the root document, but we dont know how to override it. We tried everything we could think of, but we are not developers.

The problem only occurs on desktop, mobile is fine (just tested while writing this).

Please help us address the issue ASAP.

It is caused by your Custom CSS code. Please, remove all custom CSS temporarily and test how it works.

Weve done what you suggested, I removed all custom css and then gave it back again.

And now whats weird: When I look at the site everything works, but when I go incognito, it doesnt. The client says it doesnt work there as well.

Ive cleared all cache and now I have no idea, what could be the problem.

Any ideas?
